At Functional Medicine 411, we ship all orders under $150 for a flat rate of $11.95. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. All orders are shipped using Ground service.

Orders placed by 1 pm EST will usually be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 1 pm will be shipped within 2 business days.

Returns

Functional Medicine 411 has a 14 day Product Satisfaction Guaranteed – Contact us for details.

You will receive a full refund for any product returned within 14 days after receipt of the product(s).

• No credits will be given to returns that are received 14 days after receipt of product(s).
• No refunds/credits will be given on soft gel products or products formulated with live organisms.

If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents. Please call us as soon as possible.  Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
